Spacecraft surrounded by a warp bubble distorting spacetime, with streaking stars in deep space

3TS

Together to the Stars

The best minds humanity has to offer, from nations that don't always see eye-to-eye, but whose people can. United by one dream: faster-than-light travel.

Our Mission

Humanity's Next Giant Leap

3TS exists because the stars shouldn't be unreachable. We are an international coalition of physicists, engineers, and visionaries working to turn the theoretical promise of warp drive into engineered reality. No single nation can do this alone. No single discipline can solve it. It will take all of us.

The Science

Warp Drive Is No Longer Science Fiction

In 1994, physicist Miguel Alcubierre showed that faster-than-light travel was mathematically consistent with Einstein's general relativity. For decades, the catch was that it required exotic negative energy—something that doesn't exist in nature. But in recent breakthroughs, scientists at Applied Physics have published the world's first model for a physical warp drive using only positive energy. The impossible just became improbable. And improbable is where we do our best work.

Alcubierre Metric

Spacetime contracts ahead of the ship and expands behind it, creating a “warp bubble” that moves faster than light while everything inside remains at rest.

Positive Energy Solution

The 2024 breakthrough by Applied Physics eliminates the need for exotic negative energy, using floating spacetime bubbles that obey known physics.

Soliton Waves

Erik Lentz's 2021 work showed warp bubbles could use soliton solutions—self-sustaining waves that maintain shape at constant velocity through spacetime.

Global Unity

Borders End Where the Stars Begin

The greatest achievements in human history were never accomplished by one nation alone. The International Space Station proved that former adversaries could build something extraordinary together. 3TS carries that torch forward—further than ever before.

“Those who built the basement had no chance of ever seeing the finished product, but they knew they had to do their part to aid future generations.”
